TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Subject to availability of the demonstrator vehicles at BS Marson & Sons Ltd.
Offer ends 30th September 2025, subject to change.
Driver must be between 25 – 70 years of age.
Proof of driving licence and at least 1 other document being their passport or bank cheque or credit card for proof of address, or 1 other form of document for proof of address such as a utility bill, that has been issued within the past 90 days. Driver must be based within 30 miles of BS Marson & Sons Ltd.
Driver must be UK resident and have held a full driving licence issued within the UK or European Union to drive such a vehicle for a minimum of 12 months, and have not been convicted of any Road Traffic Act offences or series of offences where the penalty points accumulation is more than 6, and have not been disqualified within the last 3 years, and free from endorsements in the past 3 years, and with no insurance claims over the past 3 years, and have not been involved in more than one motoring accident or claim during the preceding 3 years, and have not been prosecuted for or have any prosecutions pending for any criminal offence except for Road Traffic Act offences of parking or speeding on one occasion if there are no convictions. DVLA Check Code must be provided, which requires a driving licence number, national insurance number and the postcode on the driving licence.
For personal use and public roads only. No track use, business use, towing or off-roading permitted. No ferry uses or travel outside mainland UK. Any speeding or parking fines caused by the driver during the test drive must be covered/paid for by the driver.
Any damage caused to the vehicle while on the test drive must be resolved between the driver and BS Marson & Sons Ltd through the agreed insurance and damage terms.
On the test drive, no more than 200 miles is permitted.
You will limit the unaccompanied demonstration to a maximum period of a 48-hour duration.

Automotive Compliance Ltd’s permissions as a Principal Firm allows B S Marson and Sons Limited to act as a credit broker, not a lender, for the introduction to a limited number of lenders, and to act as an agent on behalf of the insurer for insurance distribution activities only.
We are a credit broker and not a lender. We can introduce you to a carefully selected panel of lenders, which includes manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent. We act on behalf of the lender for this introduction and not as your agent. We are not impartial, and we are not an independent financial advisor.
Our approach is to introduce you first to the manufacturer lender linked directly to the particular franchise you are purchasing your vehicle from, who are usually able to offer the best available package for you, taking into account both interest rates and other contributions. If they are unable to make you an offer of finance, we then seek to introduce you to whichever of the other lenders on our panel is able to make the next most suitable offer of finance for you. Our aim is to secure a suitable finance agreement for you that enables you to achieve your financial objectives.
If you purchase a vehicle, in the majority of cases, we will receive a commission from your lender for introducing you to them which is either a fixed fee, or a fixed percentage of the amount that you borrow. This may be linked to the vehicle model you purchase.
Different lenders pay different commissions for such introductions, and manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement; however, you will be contributing towards the commission paid to us with the interest collected on your repayments. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will inform you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receive this commission. The exact amount of commission that we will receive will be confirmed prior to you signing your finance agreement.
