Hi, I just wanted to give some positive feed back about the garage. It exceeded my expectations with having the car done quicker than expected and in particular thank you to John who was great at talking to the warranty people and was overall helpful and professional. Would definitely use this garage again if was needed.

"I have just returned home from your showroom & wanted to share my customer experience with your company over the last couple of days: My daughter Daisy had been on a visit home & was caught unawares of her MOT running out... She had been thinking for a while that she wanted a new car but didn't think she could afford it. On a whim, we called into your showroom just before closing time on Sunday & met with Gary, who indicated that he was with a customer but wouldn't keep us waiting long. It was coming up to closing time but we didn't feel rushed & he gave us quality time, going over details of availability & finance & Daisy made the decision to purchase a Fiat 500 on the proviso that the car would be available to drive back to London today (Tuesday 3/8).
True to his word Gary made this happen & whilst the paperwork was completed Daisy was shown the controls & how to use the Bluetooth etc., enabling her to set off on her return journey. The fantastic customer experience doesn't end there however, as Gary asked Richard Smith to accompany me to collect Daisy's Kia Picanto from Barlaston. I started chatting with Richard & found out that he had spent over 6 months of his Furlough time clearing litter from the local canal, often covering several miles a day! It struck a chord with me as I run a litterpick group, the Barlaston Womblers, & it was so inspirational hearing how Richard had started & felt it was his way of 'giving back' to the government/country! What an amazing chap!

"This is a well-known, long-established, family garage business and one which both my now long-deceased father and I have bought cars from since the 1970s. Over the years I have got to know many of the long-serving members of staff who work there really well, especially John (Lloyd) and Adrian.They are always pleased to see returning customers, whom they greet more as friends, even if we don't always buy a car!

"This is my 9th year of being a Marson's customer and I can't imagine buying a car from anywhere else. From brand new Puntos to second hand Bravos, whatever I've needed from a car at that time, they've helped me out and the cars have always been excellent. This time I needed to downsize and the obvious choice was a 500. My parents have been buying from Marson's for longer than me and their past two new cars have been 500s. They've even travelled all over Europe in them so I knew I was making a good choice sticking with a Fiat.
